Chain 30–40.

Work into chain spaces, skipping every other space:

STIFFENING

Mix a strong starch solution:

  • 2 tbsp starch

  • 1 cup water

Boil until thick.
Dip the angel, squeeze out excess, and shape over a mold.
Let dry fully.
Glue halo to back of head with low-temp hot glue.
